STUDIO SUITE

The Studio Suites are located on the second floor and have either a Queen Bed (#2) or two Double Beds (#5). These Studio Suites have a little Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker and all the pots, pans, plates and cutlery you'll need.

These units also have a large ceiling fan, cool nightly mountain breezes, balcony overlooking the ocean, private bathroom with shower and cable TV. The entrance door leads to the pool side which is only steps away.

STUDIO ROOM

The ground floor Studio Rooms have a Queen Bed (#3, #6). There is a door to the front terrace overlooking the ocean and town of Jaco and another door leading to the nearby swimming pool.

The rooms, which are hcp equipped have specially large bathroom with shower as well as a bar sink, small refrigerator, cable TV and Sun Room. The private rooms have Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan.

There is NO Kitchenette in the room.

ONE BEDROOM

Our One Bedroom Suites are laid out on two floors with a Second Floor Bedroom which has a Queen and Single Bed (#4 or #7) (#1 has a Queen Bed only), large ceiling fan, cool nightly mountain breezes, ocean side balcony plus ensuite bathroom with shower. The Main Floor has a fully equipped Kitchen, living/dining area with Double Sofa Bed, ocean side terrace and a bathroom with hot water shower.

A couple of our One Bedroom Suites (#1 & #7) have a ladder which goes to a Tower where you can enjoy a birds eye, 360 degree view of Jaco, the Pacifico Ocean and the surrounding mountains. It is also possible to put a cot in the tower for children.

Perfect for families or two couples.

The Two Bedroom Suites are laid out on two floors with a Second Floor Bedroom which has a Queen and Single Bed (#3/4 or #6/7 together), large ceiling fan, cool nightly mountain breezes, ocean side balcony plus ensuite bathroom with shower. The main floor has a fully equipped Kitchen, living/dining area with Double Sofa Bed, ocean side terrace and a bathroom with hot water shower.

The Ground Floor Bedrooms have a Queen Bed. There is a door to the communal kitchen and living area, private access to the front terrace overlooking the ocean and another door leading to the pool which is no more than a few meters away. The room which is hcp equipped has a bar sink, small refrigerator, large washroom, ceiling fan, cable TV. Air Conditioning in this bedroom only.

In total there are 3 Washrooms and 2 Televisions in the Two Bedroom Suites. Privacy for all.

DESCRIPTION

ONE BEDROOM

This One Bedroom Suite (#8) is on the valley side of our property. It has a pastoral mountain view, fully equipped Kitchen, cable TV, washroom with shower and separate bedroom with a Queen Bed. It is a flight of stairs to the pool, rancho and main area.

There is Air Conditioning in the room as well as hot water. This room does not have an ocean view but has a very private covered patio overlooking the mountains which is secluded from the rest of the property. There is separate parking near the room entrance and a sofa bed which confines movement in the room when open.

This is our only "Pet Friendly" room.

CABINA

We use the Cabina (#9) as budget lodging. The room is great for young adults, especially our visiting twenty & thirty something children.

It is cozy, kind of like a comfortable cottage cabin with a mountain view. The recently renovated room has a ceiling fan and Air Conditioning, a large closet, hot water, washroom with shower and a little Kitchen Nook with a hot plate, refrigerator and microwave as well as the necessary cutlery, dishes and pots and pans. The Double Bed would suit a single person or couple adequately.

This room has cable TV and parking is right outside the door. The Cabina is very private but it is a flight of stairs from the Pool and Rancho and it does not have an ocean view.
